Expecting a quick and affordable fix, she was shocked to discover that repair costs in Kisumu were nearly three times higher than what she was used to in Nairobi.

Sylvia's experience revealed a much deeper problem—mobile phone users across Kisumu and the greater Western Kenya region were paying exorbitant prices for parts and services that were often substandard. That moment sparked the beginning of Visyl Parts. With a clear mission to bridge the gap, we set out to redefine mobile phone repairs by offering high-quality parts and reliable services at the right price.
